This means that our customers call on us while they're traveling, all over the world, and sometimes in emergency situations.
It's therefore important, in order to help them as best we can and to facilitate communication, that we are in possession of their mobile phone number and e-mail address.
Customer Area
We offer our customers the possibility of consulting their contracts and making changes themselves via the Customer Area on our website.
When they log in - due to GDPR rules - we carry out an identity check. A verification code is sent to the customer either by text message to their mobile number, or by e-mail to their e-mail address.
This is therefore also an important reason why we need this information.
