The benefits of this insurance in detail


Insurance Limits MediCall
  • No diagnosis, prescription or medical treatment that would replace a medical consultation.
  • Follow-up of medical advice by the doctor or nurse will be carried out by telephone: once a day, for a maximum period of 21 days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • The services of the Care Manager will be organised on the basis of a medical certificate, issued by your attending physician, declaring you to be in a state of dependency for a period of at least 4 days or following a hospitalisation of at least 3 days.
  • The Care Manager's services are limited to a maximum of 18 hours per case.
  • Participation in the cost of medical transport, following your illness or hospitalization, up to 50 EUR per transport, after intervention of the mutual insurance company, with a maximum of 5 transports per file.
  • 1 transport of children or grandchildren per case.
  • Transport and living expenses of your dog or cat in a kennel/cattery, maximum 10 days and 25euro/day. Or transport of your pet to a person of your choice, maximum 125 euro.

  • Unlimited access to our Medical Tele-Counselling service
  • Putting you in touch with a doctor or nurse
  • If necessary, telephone follow-up for a maximum of 21 days, 1x per day (excluding Sundays and public holidays)

  • Home visit if necessary
