Do I automatically receive a replacement car in case of problems with my own car?
Not all contract types automatically entitle you to a replacement vehicle in the event of technical problems.
DriveIn the "Drive Belgium Plus" and "Drive Across" formulas, the customer is entitled to a replacement car in Belgium and Belgium and its neighbouring countries respectively. In Belgium this is for a period up to 5 days and in the neighbouring countries up to 10 days.
Annual assistance with mobility optionOur annual assistance contracts with the mobility option entitle the customer to a replacement vehicle for daily use here in Belgium. This is an option.
In the event of a breakdown abroad, you will always be entitled to a mobility budget that can be used to provide a replacement vehicle. On top of that, we will also take the customer home at the end of his journey.
