Unlimited medical counselling advice. After an illness or hospitalisation, a personal Care Manager will help you organize necessary services for the dependent person and for the ones living under the same roof.
Counselling advice:
- Unlimited access to the medical advice service
- A doctor or nurse at your disposal for your medical questions or concerns
- Advice from our medical team on treatments and health measures
- Up to 21 consecutive days of follow-up of your health complaints
Your dedicated Care Manager will take care of:
- Medical transport following an accident or illness
- The transport of your children or grandchildren
- Assistance to your pets (dog or cat)
- Domestic help
- Management and follow-up of your medical file
- Home delivery of meals
- Delivery of personal items and all necessary items to the hospital
- Visits to the hospitalized person
- Home delivery of groceries
- Home delivery of medicines
- Psychological help
- Computer help
- Connecting you to handymen and service providers for chores at your home
