How to create or follow up on a reimbursement request?

For fast handling of your reimbursement requests, we ask you to use our Customer area.

Via my Customer area

Log into your Customer area and click on "Manage my claims".

You can also open your contract via “Show more" and click on “Manage my claims” below “My reimbursement requests”.
